Who StillWise is for.

The inner life doesn't check your job title, your diagnosis, or your age. The four noises show up everywhere. The still centre is available everywhere.

StillWise began in professional and leadership contexts. What became clear is that the problems it addresses aren't professional problems — they're human ones. The entry point differs. The method is the same.

01Leaders and Professionals

When work demands more of your mind than it can keep giving.

Performance pressure, leadership responsibility, and the demand to sustain high-quality engagement over time — without the hidden cost: depletion, reactivity, and the erosion of presence that chronic outer focus produces.

What shows up

  • The gap between who you intend to be and who shows up in the difficult meeting.
  • Unmanaged emotional noise running the room without you realising it.
  • Ambition that's quietly become a way of avoiding stillness.

What StillWise develops

  • Mental clarity for decisions under pressure.
  • Emotional steadiness in high-stakes conversations.
  • Behavioural alignment between stated values and actual conduct.

02Health and Life Transitions

When you're facing something thinking alone can't solve.

Illness, loss, or major life change — where the usual strategies of pushing harder and thinking your way out don't work on the inner life the way they work on the outer one.

What shows up

  • Not being able to access the clarity or courage the situation requires.
  • Discovering physical and emotional noise are now the most consequential things in your life.
  • Rebuilding after loss, looking for ground that holds regardless of outcome.

What StillWise develops

  • The clarity, courage, and inner stability to meet difficulty without being defined by it.
  • The capacity to remain the author of your inner life even when you can't control the outer one.

03Students and Young Adults

Building your own ground before the world builds it for you.

The threshold moment before the grooves are fully carved — before a constructed identity calcifies around performance and approval. The time when an inner foundation matters most, and almost nothing formally teaches it.

What shows up

  • Having the information and opportunity, but not the inner foundation from which a genuine direction can be chosen.
  • Performing for approval rather than growing toward something real.
  • Anxiety that isn't really about what to choose, but about not knowing who is choosing.

What StillWise develops

  • The inner foundation from which a genuine life, not just a performing one, can be built.
  • A stable ground that lets you know who you are before the world tells you who to be.

Workshops, Retreats, and Programmes.

StillWise is one method within The Stillness Project — a broader initiative whose mission is to help millions clear the noise and live wisely. The work is delivered through four offerings:

Online

Breath by Breath

An online beginner's training. The foundations, taught simply: how to place attention, notice when it has wandered, and return. No prior experience assumed, and no requirement to adopt any tradition or belief.

Two days · In person

The StillWise Workshop

A two-day immersive introduction to the full method, held in person.

Twenty-eight days

The 28-Day StillWise Programme

The structured engagement that follows the Workshop or Retreat. Daily practice, weekly reflection, and periodic assessment, so that what was experienced in two days or six actually becomes a daily discipline rather than fading.

Six days · Residential

The Stillness Retreat

Six days residential at Pyramid Valley International. Silence, sustained practice, and the deepest immersion the Stillness Project offers.

Wherever you're starting from, the assessment is the right first step.
