The StillWise Index

Most of the difficulty people carry is not caused by circumstances alone. It is caused by choices made through inner interference — assumptions mistaken for facts, reactions that arrive before awareness, bodily signals overridden, and the quiet gap between what we know is right and what we actually do. StillWise calls this interference noise.

Noise shows up in four places: how we think, how we feel, how we inhabit the body, and how we act. The StillWise Index measures how much you are carrying right now, and where it is loudest — so your practice can go where it will actually help.

A structured self-reflection tool, not a clinical assessment. It measures your own perception of the past two weeks — which is exactly what makes it useful.

How it is measured

Your answers produce a single Noise Index from 0 to 4. You will also see how each of the four noises scores separately, so you know which one to work on first. Lower is quieter.
